Most guests return every 2–3 weeks, depending on nail growth, length, and daily activities. Your technician will recommend a cadence that keeps your set light, balanced, and beautiful.

We disinfect all metal tools, use fresh files/buffers where appropriate, sanitize stations between guests, and follow clean-liner protocols for pedicures. Our goal is services that are as clean and safe as they are gorgeous.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer the spot to another guest. If you’re running late, call us—we’ll do our best to accommodate or help you rebook.

If something isn’t right, contact us within 48 hours of your service. We’ll assess the issue and make it right where applicable. Normal wear and tear is not included.
