How do I book an appointment? Do you take walk-ins?

You can book online or by phone. Walk-ins are welcome when seats are available, but booking ahead guarantees your time—especially evenings and weekends.

What services do you offer?

We provide classic and gel manicures/pedicures, Dip Powder, Acrylic, Gel-X soft tips, Builder Gel overlays, refills, nail art (French, ombré, chrome, cat-eye), waxing (brows/face), and lash services. Kids’ services and simple repairs are also available.

How long will my nails last, and when should I refill?

Gel polish typically lasts 2–3 weeks; Dip 3–4 weeks; Full sets usually need a refill every 2–3 weeks depending on growth and lifestyle. Your technician can suggest a schedule to keep shape and shine looking fresh.

What are your hygiene and safety standards?

We follow strict sanitation protocols: cleaned and disinfected metal tools, single-use files/buffers/liners where appropriate, and thoroughly sanitized stations between guests. Our goal is a clean, relaxing, worry-free visit.

How does pricing work? Do you offer guarantees?

Please reschedule or cancel at least 4 hours in advance so we can rebook the slot. Late arrivals may require an abbreviated service. We accept major cards and cash; digital tips are available. Gift cards can be purchased in-store.
